Can I make a matrix organization?

Yes you can, but we do things a little differently in OrgWeaver. If a single person reports to two bosses, then you can create two 50% positions and add the person to both positions.

What happens to my data?

Any data you upload to OrgWeaver is stored in the cloud in a way that meets European Union Data Protection Regulations. Your data is always yours, and we don’t share it with anyone else.

Can I make a bottom-up org chart?

No, OrgWeaver doesn’t show a bottom-up org chart. We do create beautiful top-down org charts, though.

Can I print my org chart?

Yes, you can export your org chart from OrgWeaver to PowerPoint or PDF and then print it from the document.

Who can access my org chart?

If you set up your own OrgWeaver account, you’re the Administrator and only you have access in the beginning. You can then decide if you want to invite other Collaborators to help you create & edit your org charts. You can also give View Only access to your employees and other stakeholders.

Is OrgWeaver secure?

Yes, OrgWeaver follows strict security protocols so that your account is always secure.

Can I get a discount?

Yes! Everyone who chooses to pay yearly instead of monthly gets an automatic 20% discount. We also offer an additional 20% off to approved educational and non-profit institutions. Just send a request to support@orgweaver.com

Can I make multiple org charts in OrgWeaver?

Yes, you can easily make multiple org charts. Build them from scratch, upload from Excel, or just clone your current org chart and start editing it into a future plan.

Can someone give me a demo?

For most people, it’s easy to sign up for a free account and learn about OrgWeaver using the built-in Tutorials. We also have a Getting Started Guide.
