OrganizationWeaver from BrightArch Chosen to Support Large Post-Merger Integration
Innovative enterprise cloud software was used to manage a complex international change process
OSLO, NORWAY, March 7, 2014 –
BrightArch today announced that their OrganizationWeaver cloud-based software was chosen to support Det Norske Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd’s post-merger integration management selection process. OrganizationWeaver enabled the newly formed company to minimize the risks, time, and cost of merging the two management structures while maintaining control over a global process.
“OrganizationWeaver filled a specific need for us that could not have been met by spreadsheets, ERP systems, or recruiting solutions,” said Cecilie B. Heuch, CHRO, DNV GL.
OrganizationWeaver enabled the companies to meet strict data-protection regulations and provide evidence of compliance with employment law. This allowed them to focus on selecting the right people for the right jobs, communicating openly, minimizing uncertainty for the business, and meeting tight deadlines.
Over 5,000 people used OrganizationWeaver over the course of the 6 month project that began in July 2013 and was completed by the end of December 2013.
The makers of OrganizationWeaver, BrightArch, provided project management support and helped design the process in collaboration with HR personnel.
“We are honored to have supported this successful management selection process. Reorganizations are complicated, and there is a lot of value in taking advantage of the best practices we have built into OrganizationWeaver,” said Nick Peters, CEO of BrightArch.
